Proximity on the map does not establish a discharge pathway. A facility's identified receiving water, and whether that identification is corroborated, is shown on its profile. Keyboard: clusters and map controls can be reached with Tab; individual facility points cannot, so use "Find a facility" or list these facilities instead.
